Interval
Interval, interactive lumino kinetic installation explores the aesthetics of the natural movement of water waves, light, reflection and movement of visitors. Visitors are walking across the sensitive floor which is triggering the waves on water in two pools, producing straight and circular shapes of waves. Light reflects the motion of waves on the walls in geometrical patterns depending on the shapes of pools. Apart from the unpredictable interaction of visitors with this geometrical order, occasional drops of water from the ceiling are bringing in the reflected chaos.
Combined Technique; site specific installation; 2 pools square and circle shape dim. 150cmx150cmx10cm, 3 spot light reflectors 650W, plastified wooden floor dim. 600cmx414cm, 2 droppers
